Native Labs produces authentic, high-performing UGC ad creatives that convert on paid social. We partner with leading DTC brands like Magic Spoon, MUD\WTR, Pact, Jot, and Dr. Squatch, and we're looking for a talented Account Manager to join our growing team.

What you'll do:

• Manage deadlines and deliverables.
• Communicate with clients, including sharing proactive updates and following up on tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Join client-facing calls.

Who you are:

• 1+ years of experience managing client relationships, ideally with DTC brands.
• Organized and a proactive communicator.
• Experience with Asana, Notion, and Airtable.
• Fluent in English.

Location: Remote, USA
