Company Overview:

Native Labs produces authentic, high-performing UGC ad creatives that convert on paid social. We partner with leading DTC brands like Magic Spoon, MUD\WTR, Pact, Jot, and Dr. Squatch, and we're looking for a talented Creative Director to join our growing team.

What you'll do:

• Review video direction and scrips before shoots.
• Serve as the on-site lead at the studio on film days.
• Film an average of eight 20-35 second videos per production day. All filming is done on an iPhone.
• Work closely with talent to create an authentic look and feel for each video.
• Deliver video files to the editing team within 24 hrs of finishing production.

Who you are:

• Experiences with filming UGC, or other short-form video content for Social Media.
• Upbeat & high-energy - you set the tone for the shoot.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with fixed deadlines

What's the role?

The role will start as part-time and is expected to become full-time within 1-3 months. You'll spend these 1-3 months as the on-site lead for all video production under the supervision of our Co-Founder. After the initial period, if there is a mutual fit, we'd look to bring you on full-time as our second Creative Director, where you'll be running the shoot yourself!
