Company Overview:

Native Labs produces authentic, high-performing UGC ad creatives that convert on paid social. We partner with leading DTC brands like Magic Spoon, MUD\WTR, Pact, Jot, and Dr. Squatch, and we're looking for a talented Editor to join our growing team.

What you'll do:

• Edit raw UGC footage in to clear, authentic and engaging videos.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to ensure videos meet the requirements and brand guidelines of clients.
• Resize and format high-res videos to client’s specs, 9x16, 4x5, 1x1 and more.
• Add relevant and engaging text overlays and sounds to videos.

Who you are:

• Experiences with editing UGC, or other short-form video content for Social Media.
• Skilled in Adobe Premier.
• Familiar with frame.io for revisions.
• Collaborative and able to delivery quality content in a timely manner

Bonus: Familiar with AI tools like Elevenlabs, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen and other emerging tools

What's the role?

The work varies from more straightforward tasks like resizing and formatting videos to taking hours of raw footage and turning them into jaw-dropping, authentic, campaign-ready UGC ad creative for our clients. All skill levels may apply. Your hourly rate will be determined based on the complexity of the job.
